Except the for the “private edition” last year, the 38° Primo Cup is back where we left in 2020, yes last race before everything, with a grey cold weather, but this time it’s nearly spring, and forecasts are more for winter mood (effects of the climate change, still not raining and not snowing).

The port has garrisoned by the police, but at the docks we have 17 Nations for 92 boats, Switzerland and Monaco are the biggest fleets (20) Germany (13) and Italy (7).

We have 1+1 new entries: the new RS21 class, that needs a repair exam after the debacle on the lake of Lecco last November (the very light wind condition were tricky but be overtaken by a Meteor Class boat it’s not good) and the futuristic 69F, these are not in the ranking because they are just some as promo, but I spoke with them and the machine is cool.

We can say this edition has a coloured face (RS21, Longtze Premiere, Smeralda 888 and 69F) while the other is classic (J70), so considering that carnival in Nice is just ended we are still in the mood.

Keeping colored, today before J70 Class rules details lecture, we had the presentation of the last born equipe of the club: Pink Wave, an all female team, that cover all classes, TUIGA included (to mention their promotion to clean the beach in Antibes last September).
So we hope for the weather (forecast tomorrow looks perfect, except for drizzle in late noon, I hope not when I reach and leave the railway stations…), and

Let’s Sail, the best sport for the nirvana inside and a peaceful world!
