There are really few words I can say about the 3rd day of regatta: what a missed opportunity! (For me that it was the first day, a disaster)
The condition were a bit tough for the waves (in particular for us on the R.I.B.) but full wind, extraordinary color of the sea and sky with wonderful clouds, unfortunately this has made dangerous one of the mark where the safety condition were missing for the keel and the bottom of the sea…
So the Race Committee has decide to rise AP over A flag, what a shame… yes because this has closed the door to some improvements of the sea, as happened about an hour late.

My colleague Ingrid and I we took the decision to walk up to the lighthouse at La Garoupe, and back. And when back I spent time with my colleague and best friend Jean with a beer.

I’m really start to not bear the weight of this trend of “Safety correct” philosophy without a “tactical” plan b (why they didn’t change track???) maybe for sailors is still good anyway, but for us not so much (how pay accommodation???)
We will see today and keeping crossed fingers for the storm afternoon will not come…
